Daily Brief · 3 source lanes
Your morning in four useful sections.
Model releases, a pricing shift, and one API deadline
Three evidence-linked changes, compressed into the context needed to start the day.

Paperboy turns the newsletters you forward, public news and research, tracked data, and selected GitHub repos into one evidence-linked morning edition: what changes a decision, what deserves inspection, and what can wait.
Daily Brief · 3 source lanes
Three evidence-linked changes, compressed into the context needed to start the day.
Read the source ledger01 What changed across the sources you trust.
02 Which operating or product decision it touches.
03 What to inspect—and what deserves no time today.
A labeled example, not a customer result
Paperboy caps each section, cites the evidence, explains the fit, and is allowed to conclude “watch” or “do nothing.”
The fixture repository already evaluates structured model output. A fixed critique rubric may improve judge agreement without changing the serving model.
Compare rubric-guided and freeform critique on one held-out set.
How it works
Forward newsletters, use the public catalog, and optionally select public repos.
Name the themes, systems, and watchlist that deserve morning attention.
News, research, data, and repo signals compete for limited space.
Four short sections arrive with evidence—and silence when nothing clears the bar.
One paid wedge, one open-source path
The commercial test is whether one morning edition prevents a missed change, weak vendor choice, or wasted technical chase. Founding-pilot requests are open now; no card is required.

Before you connect anything
No. GitHub is an optional source lane. If you use it, select one to five public repositories. This local preview uses fictional fixtures only.
No. The planned GitHub access is read-only. The product does not write code, issues, pull requests, or run autonomous actions.
No. Paperboy gives you a forwarding alias. It sees only messages you intentionally forward to that address. Gmail OAuth is excluded.
A capped edition: Today in 60 Seconds, Repo Radar, Research Worth Reading, and Watchlist / Do Nothing. Every substantive item links to evidence.
The hosted concept builds on the project's scoring and digest ideas. The free self-hosted SQLite/systemd/Discord project remains available and separate.
